Woli Soko - Well, i am from the Great Family of ODENLO Ibadan, Egbeda Local Government of Oyo State though I was born in Ikoyi, Isokan LCDA of Osun State by the famous Sons of God Prophet & Mrs Caleb Ojo of Christ Apostolic Church, Ikoyi Mountain, Ikoyi, Osun State
KIKGIST - EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND SIR?
To start with, i attended God's Grace Nursery and Primary School C.A.C Head quarters, Abiri, Ikoyi, Osun State but due to some circumstance then, i changed to Glory J Nursery&Primary School
In addition, due to my brilliant performance the headmaster gave me the opportunity then to have my common entrance examination when I was in primary two then,but my parent said no.
A year later i did my common entrance examination, graduated, and leaving good reputation behind
After which i got admission in to OMOLERE group of school, Ikoyi. {using six weeks only in Omolere}
Due to nature and another circumstance, I known as Woli Soko including my brother Ojo Akin Dele Lawrence known as OLOOPE moved to Ibadan and continue schooling in a great citadel of learning called Glorious Model College, we stay with a woman there which i won't describe to you due to some reasons
We do hawk things like Pepper, water leaf and locust which our parent aren't aware of.
Some weeks later we finished the term, traveled back home and insist we are not going back there.
The following term we resumed to Unity school, Ejigbo, Osun State. Citadel where i earned my Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) Graduated happily.
KIKGIST - SIR, CAN YOU TELL US LITTLE ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AT UNITY SCHOOL?
Oh..!this is.....
Well the experience was fun,though.
A day after we resumed because it's a {boarding School, and boarding facilities}, my late friend Ojo Opesojumi Olakunle it's painful he's late now also arrived and we started living together with thousands of people both junior and senior school.
The first challenge there was seniority,
seniors maltreating there junior once and I'm kind of rude then,so almost every time I have cases with seniors,so I quarrel often, including my brother due to our rudeness we got famous around the school
my brother we got famous in the school area,then we're called THREE OJO'S
We have the most thorough guardian then,Mr Akinloye the vice principal of (UHSE) then, he don't give us the amount of money we do wanted to collect,our provision is with him,we rarely get from it.
So with my friend backing me I went to quarrel with him one day that's where I meet Mr. Mayor Oyetunji he ask the Vice Principal who we are and he was aware that Prophet Ojo had children in the school but he couldn't identify us until the day,knowing this he asked us to come and meet him, he faithfully guide us till the final year....
On the senior maltreating stuff,I remember a lot but permit me to keep some,but I can say this one which I also mentioned at the recent concluded PPC"2018 which I host.
An upcoming gospel musician Oladipo Abraham known as DI PRAISE was my senior in school then,we love to quarrel together,he will come to wake me up in the mid-night and send me water from far away place but I won't go ,but now we are glorious together.
I slept under bunks of seniors as result of their wickedness and my stubbornness, they had once iron clothes on my back at Aso Rock hostel, I did many front jump in the gutter,sleep outside over night.
Let me just tell the world about a quarrel with a teacher which I won't mention name but I know many of my mates and senior then ,we recall this issue....
We are in the class that very day the teacher came beat like seven of us which I was among for unknown reason ,I walked out on him,went to the hostel pressing my phone, and phone isn't allow in the whole school then,but the teacher is very suspicious and vigilant,he came to check me in the hostel he saw me pressing phone from the window but getting into the hostel he meet me laying on the same bed,the same spot but couldn't find the phone, he searched everyone even climb the ceiling and fall down from the ceiling top,he told me to pack my loads and follow him to the Admin, i refused though I followed him to the Admin's office , getting there none of the management was around, I went back to the hostel pick my phone call my daddy to tell him how things is going presently,my daddy called Mr. Mayor,I kept my phone back and went back to the admin,he asked me where do I went to,I refused to answer him, many students are already with us in the admin ,he promised to suffer me ,that I will go on suspension,my mates are begging him,he picks his phone and called the principal Mrs. Fabusuyi,he putted it on loud speaker,everyone got silent to hear the conversation, I was shaking heavily,the first thing the principal said on phone then was, he called the name of the teacher three (3) times and said "I THINK YOU HAVE SECURED JOB AT THE FILLING STATION"funny enough!!
