Cristiano Ronaldo Breaks 60-Year-Old Record At Juventus, Months After Joining Club.
Former Real Madrid forward Ronaldo went scoreless in matches against Chievo, Lazio and Parma to start the season, before finally notching twice against Sassuolo on September 16.
But the goals have flowed since, scoring five in five games to take his total to seven strikes in 10 Serie A matches so far.
The last player to manage seven goals in their first 10 league fixtures for the Bianconeri was Welshman John Charles, who achieved the feat in the 1957-58 campaign.
Charles ended his debut campaign with 28 strikes and Ronaldo will fancy passing that figure in the remaining months of his first season in Italy.
There are a host of big names that have come and gone from Juventus in recent years without managing to score seven times in their first 10 Serie A games.
Gonzalo Higuain, Carlos Tevez and Filippo Inzaghi each only managed six strikes in the same period.
Alessandro Del Piero, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Trezeguet, meanwhile, all scored five goals in their first 10 league outings.
